Irwell Valley Housing Association is an award winning, North West based housing association. We have supported their in-house marketing team on several development projects, producing targeted promotional material including advertising and sales brochures.
Most recently, this has included The Picture House Apartments in Bolton City Centre. This exciting new development offers shared ownership to young professional struggling to afford their first property in a city centre location, and needed a specific brand identity and image focused on that particular market segment.
