Skills Solutions – Like Apprenticeships
Skills Solutions are a training provider that aim to deliver the skills needed in a company’s workforce, delivering employers tangible benefits such as increased productivity, staff retention and lower training costs.
This particular campaign targeted Apprentices with the key message being ‘a Skills Solution Apprenticeship can get you a real job.’
This was aimed at the 16 to 24 age group and the easiest way to engage with this audience was ultimately through social media.
A concept was developed adopting the well known facebook ‘like’ theme: like training?/like working?/like apprenticeships.
We created a website design based on ‘like apprenticeships’ which also linked to the client facebook site and a facebook advertising campaign ran for the key recruitment period leading up to and after exam results.
Thumb icon graphics were also created which featured across all media including online, print and outdoor.
